PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogel sheet for concrete modification, capable of efficiently feeding an electrolyte solution to the concrete, and a concrete modification method using the same, whereby the electrolyte solution can be fed into a concrete formed body through a simple method so as to modify the interior of the concrete by the function of the electrolyte solution without causing any great damage to the concrete formed body.SOLUTION: The hydrogel sheet 10 for concrete modification includes a gel sheet having a three-dimensional net structure which includes a water-soluble organic polymer and a water-swellable clay mineral and is impregnated with the electrolyte solution having an ion concentration of ≥0.1-≤15 mol/kg-HO, provided that the weight ratio of the electrolyte solution to the dry gel sheet is 2-100.
