PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out cleaning without removing an entire case when oil squeeze-out holes are clogged by fried scums.SOLUTION: A device for treating the fried scums has a hopper into which the fried scums are fed, a case 14 to which the fried scums are supplied from the hopper and which includes the oil squeeze-out holes 12 and a fried scum discharge port 13, and a compression slide part that is forwardly/rearwardly moved in the case 14. The case 14 includes a bottom plate 23 having the oil squeeze-out holes 12 and detachably arranged at a base 21 and a case body 24 covering the bottom plate 23 to allow the front part of the compression slide part to be closely inserted. The bottom plate 23 has one side to be locked to hook-shaped lock-receiving parts 25 arranged on the base 21 side and the other side to be detachably fixed to the base 21 by inserting pins 26 to be locked to the base 21 side into the other side. Since the bottom plate 23 is detachably arranged at the base 21, cleaning is easily carried out by taking out not the entire case 14 but the bottom plate 23 where the oil squeeze-out holes 12 are formed except the case body 24 when the oil squeeze-out holes 12 are clogged. |
