PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional device for simply increasing a blood circulation, wherein water is boiled beforehand and medicine is prepared, so that it takes time and trouble for preparation, further a device having complicated configuration is expensive, and the treatment is effective too much in some condition of a blood vessel, resulting in the risk of being out of condition.SOLUTION: In this device for increasing the blood circulation of lower limbs, a hard case (1) for putting user's leg includes a front case (2) covering the front side and a rear case (3) covering the rear side. A case-to-case seal (4) made of elastic material is suitable for both contact surfaces of the cases to form one hard case (1). Front and rear case-to-leg seals (6), (9) for sealing a gap between the hard case (1) and the outer peripheral surface of the leg inserted from an upper end opening (5) are fitted, and only an air sucker (7) is provided to thereby make the interior of the case air-tight, and suck and discharge the air in the case to the outside. |
