PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knuckle device capable of holding lock strength and extending an operation range by a simple configuration, and also capable of easily coping even with the change of the operation range.SOLUTION: In the knuckle device provided with a plurality of lock plates 6, by attaching a first plate body 8A and a second plate body 8B respectively to only the two of one lock plate 6 and another lock plate 6 disposed in the state of facing each other among the plurality of lock plates 6 and making the engaging projection part 81 of the first plate body 8A and the engaging projection part 81 of the second plate body 8B correspond to the large diameter peripheral wall part 31 or small diameter peripheral wall part 32 of a guide wall 30 provided on a second case body 3 respectively, an operation range is stipulated. Thus, the operation range is maintained even when the arrangement number of the lock plates 6 is increased. As a result, holding of the lock strength stipulated by the engaging force of the lock plates 6 and holding of the operation range by the reduction of the number of the engaging projection parts 81 to be engaged with the guide wall 30 are compatibly achieved. |
