PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool by which anyone can take effective stretching exercise or the like.SOLUTION: In the exercise tool 10 the entire of which has a long and columnar shape to use by placing a body from a head part to buttocks of a user on the circumferential surface, the circumferential surface comprises a flat surface on which the body of the user is placed and a curved surface being a fulcrum point by making contact with a floor surface. A protruding part 12 having a rectangular cross-section is formed in a central part in the short side direction of the flat surface for a prescribed length in the longitudinal direction. As the result, a surface of the exercise tool 10 abutting on the body becomes flat, and the positional relationship between the exercise tool 10 and the body is kept constant by sandwiching the protruding part 12 between right and left shoulder blades. Consequently, the body of the user is stabilized on the tool 10. In addition, since the right and left shoulder blades are moved into spaces on both the sides of the protruding part 12, the user can exercise by fully moving shoulders and arms. |
