PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric type actuator, the amount of displacement of which is improved by an easy method without increasing cost and the improved integration and reduced cost of which are achieved, a liquid droplet discharging head and an image forming device employed therewith.SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric type actuator including: a substrate 20 having a plurality of gap parts 33; an elastic film 21 fixed onto one side of the substrate 20; and a plurality of piezoelectric elements provided in association with the gap parts 33 on one side of the elastic film 21, and displacing the elastic film 21 in the deflecting direction through the flexural vibration caused by applying voltage to the piezoelectric elements 22, the elastic film 21 includes a form in which a forming portion of the piezoelectric element 22 projects to the deflecting direction side of the piezoelectric element 22 more than the fixing part of the substrate 20. |
