COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING THE MOISTURE OF LIPS

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for lip with lip protection effect is provided to relieve dryness of the lip and to remove dead cell from the lip. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for lip contains 0.001-10 weight% of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten Makino extract and 0.001-5 weight% of Althaea officinalis extract as an active ingredient. The extract of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten Makino Althaea officinalis is isolated from roots and stems using water or organic solvent. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, ether, ethyl acetate, or chloroform. The cosmetic composition further contains 0.1-20 weight% of wax and 5-60 weight% of ester oils or hydrocarbon oils.
