PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate discontinuous points in angle response obtained from a plurality of angle sensors. SOLUTION: A device for composing an angle response detection signal includes: a first angle sensor for measuring a target angle; a second angle sensor for measuring the target angle more highly accurately than the first angle sensor in a narrow range as compared with the first angle sensor; and a composition angle signal generation unit for generating a composition angle signal capable of differential in a time in a definition region of control calculation by composing a first angle response detection signal obtained from the first sensor and a second angle response detection signal after performing weighting by using a function without any curved point to each of the first angle response detection signal and the second angle response detection signal.
