PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new information retrieval service for enabling users to participate in their mutual information retrieval, and to share knowledge that the users have or answers to a retrieval purpose through retrieval.SOLUTION: An information retrieval device includes: a storage means for storing an information group and an information group retrieval index with which the information group is associated; a control means for, when the registration instruction of the information from a user terminal to the information group retrieval index is input, storing the information in association with the information group retrieval index; a retrieval means for, when a retrieval instruction based on a retrieval keyword or the selection instruction of an information group retrieval index is input from a user terminal, retrieving the information group retrieval index and/or its information group on the basis of the retrieval keyword or the selection instruction from the storage means; and a retrieval result data generation means for generating retrieval result data transmitted to the user terminal from the retrieved information group retrieval index and its information group. |
