PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-spherical particle detection method capable of accurately detecting non-spherical particles existing in a particle dispersion liquid, and to provide an inspection method and a manufacturing method of particle dispersion liquids that uses the method.SOLUTION: The non-spherical particle detection method includes the measurement of the angle dependence on the scattering intensity distribution of a particle dispersion liquid by a dynamic light-scattering method. According to the detection method, it is possible to detect a trace amount of non-spherical particles present in an inorganic particle dispersion liquid, and further, the detection method is, preferably, useful for product analysis, inspection, quality management, manufacturing, etc. |
