PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge tube in which disturbance light entering inside is shielded, and even if the disturbance light enters the inside, it is absorbed to prevent crosstalks, and deterioration in the output characteristics is prevented.SOLUTION: The discharge tube includes a positive electrode plate 141 and a negative electrode plate 142; a pedestal glass which supports the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate, in a state of being arranged opposed; a light-transmitting part 111 which transmits light of a desired wavelength region; and a side glass 112, which is jointed to the outer circumference edge of the pedestal glass so as to surround the periphery of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate. The pedestal glass is constituted of a tablet molding which is calcined and hardened, after molding prescribed powder glass. |
