PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet motor high in reliability without increasing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The permanent magnet motor (1) includes: a rotor (3) having a rotating shaft (31) applied with knurling processing, an aluminum rotor core (4) into which the rotating shaft is press-inserted, and a permanent magnet (5) arranged so as to oppose the rotor core in the radial direction; and a stator (2) which has a winding (23) and generates a rotating magnetic field for rotating the rotor. The rotating shaft (31) has a knurling-processed part (32) applied with the knurling processing and a guide (33) which guides the rotor core to the knurling-processed part when inserting the rotating shaft into the rotor core. The axial length (Lg) of the guide (33) is set not shorter than the axial length (Lc) of the rotor core (4). |
