PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which can reduce the influence of the shock applied to a disk unit attached to the apparatus as much as possible even when the shock is applied to the apparatus and reducing the occurrence frequency of failure of the disk unit including disks.SOLUTION: In the information processing apparatus provided with the disk unit in which the disks are incorporated, as a direction in which the influence of the shock direction of the disk unit is small, the disk unit is attached in the direction in which the disk surfaces of the disks incorporated in the disk unit is parallel to the direction of the shock. |
