PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an automatically controllable wind swinging fixing device, without requiring a power source, in the device for preventing wind swinging of a base isolation structure. SOLUTION: This device prevents the wind swinging, by moving a base isolation device, by releasing a fixation of a structure formed as the base isolation device, by extracting a fixing pin for fixing the structure formed as the base isolation device and a structure for supporting the structure formed as this base isolation device, from an insertion part of its fixing pin, by sensing vibration of an earthquake by an earthquake sensor.
