PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device that prevents inclination of the optical axis of a lens support and reducing the number of parts, and to provide a camera and a cellular phone with a camera.SOLUTION: In the lens driving device 1, a spring 7 supporting the lens support 5 includes an annular outer circumferential side part 7a, at least two pairs of inner circumferential side parts 7b and 7c arranged at equal intervals in a peripheral direction on the inner circumferential side of the outer circumferential side part 7a and facing each other, and an arm part 7d connecting the inner circumferential side parts 7b and 7c and the outer circumferential side part 7a. The lens support 5 includes spring locking parts 17a and 17b in the outer circumferential surface thereof. The outer circumferential side part 7a of the spring is located between the front end 5a of the lens support 5 and its rear end 5b. At least two pairs of inner circumferential side parts 7c and 7b are locked on the lens support 5 in positions different in longitudinal direction, between the front end 5a of the lens support 5 and its rear end 5b. |
