PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel noise by replacing a pixel value of a noise pixel in an image without changing a pixel value of a pixel constituting an image other than the noise, in the acquired image.SOLUTION: A noise determination part 202 focuses on each black pixel of a binary image, and acquires the number of black pixels continued in the main scanning direction and the number of black pixels continued in the vertical scanning direction to a pixel of interest. The noise determination part 202 specifies white pixels in a rectangle window centering around the pixel of interest when both of the acquired values are equal to or less than a first threshold. The noise determination part 202 acquires the number of specified white pixels continued in the main scanning direction and the number of black pixels continued in the vertical scanning direction, obtains the minimum value of the acquired number, when the obtained value is equal to or less than a second threshold, determines that the pixel of interest is not the noise, and when the obtained value exceeds the second threshold, determines that the pixel of interest is the noise. |
