PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that can be used as a material for freight conveyance palettes having excellent cycle heat resistance, and provide prepregs and laminates using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (a) a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, (b) phenol novolak type epoxy resin, (c) a 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone, and (d) an imidazole compound and/or phenol novolak resin. The base material is impregnated with the composition and dried, then B-staged to prepregs. The prepreg or a plurality of prepregs are piled up and hot-pressed to laminated products.
