<p>A mobile terminal video camera device is provided by the present invention. The device includes: a motion-sensing chip, a speed calculation module and a system clock regulation module which are connected in turn, wherein, the motion-sensing chip is used for collecting acceleration of the video camera device and reporting it to the speed calculation module; the speed calculation module is used for calculating the current speed according to the initial speed of the video camera device and the acceleration collected by the motion-sensing chip, and notifying the system clock regulation module to perform a clock regulation to the clock system; the system clock regulation module is also used for regulating the system clock according to the current speed. The mobile terminal, the mobile terminal video camera device and the method for implementing photographing of the invention enable to reduce the power consumption and save the electricity energy.</p> |
