The machine has a motor block (1) mounted on foot (5) connected to a plate-shaped base (10) positioned against a piece to be drilled. A helical spring (8) allows translation of a part of the block between two limited positions with respect to the base and in a direction parallel to that of a driving axle (3). The motor block has a fixation pin (31) co-operating with a fixation unit of a tool holder (30). The axle has a connection unit (4) connected with a driving rod (34) of the tool holder for transmitting rotary movement of the axle to mounting brackets of tools e.g. drill bit.
