PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution service system for the stream regime prediction or the like of surface water and underground water based on an open geosphere model by summarizing and organizing various information related with the water circulation in our country on the Web by using a computer modeling technology.SOLUTION: A surface water/underground water multidisciplinary analysis algorithm is used as a base technology, and a 3D white map obtained by sub-dividing a geosphere of a fixed range such as Japanese country into three-dimensional mesh and an open geosphere model obtained by integrating 3D location information or geographical information and the other additional information into each three-dimensional mesh is disclosed on the Web, and a user site performs access through the Internet to the open geosphere model, and receives a distribution service such as an on-demand analysis service, a national stream regime forecasting service, a hosting service or national GIS subject drawing library service, and charges a user with only usage. |
