PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce many procedures, simplify management data, and reduce equipment costs and human costs by performing optimal matching between management information of objects such as apparatuses and equipment and management information of persons in a telephone office building or the like.SOLUTION: In a mutual management system between object management information and person management information, an object IC tag corresponding to a management object such as a telephone office building is disposed, and a person IC tag is carried by a person to be managed such as an engineer or a manager, and a mobile terminal (a mobile phone or a PDA) is configured to input/output information in a contact or non-contact manner, to/from the object IC tag or the person IC tag, and management information of the object and management information of the person are transmitted to and received from a central computer via the Internet to perform optimal matching processing. |
