PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for video recording reservation and a video recording reservation system with which a user can easily control the user's video or sound recording terminal remotely with an electronic pen.SOLUTION: In a remote control system 100, a user makes entries in an operation area and a program area which constitute a form 3 using en electronic pen 10. A server 5 specifies designated operation and a channel and a time zone of a broadcast program, based on entry information and a coordinate table 105 acquired from the electronic pen 10. The server 5 also extracts a corresponding mail format and mail address from the user DB6 based on an pen ID specified from the entry information. Based on the operation, the channel and the time zone of the broadcast program specified by the entry information and the coordinate table 105, the server 5 creates mail for remotely controlling a video 7 according to the extracted mail format, and transmits it to the mail address extracted from the user DB6. |
