PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable interpretation of designation represented by a combination of paths of a plurality of designated positions that move concurrently.SOLUTION: By use of a touch panel or the like, designated positions of a plurality of locations are concurrently detected. Designated positions of a plurality of locations are again detected concurrently subsequent to travel of the designated positions. Distances between each of the current designated positions and the respective immediately preceding designated positions are determined. An immediately preceding designated position, closest in distance to the current designated position of interest is treated as the immediately preceding designated position of the current designated position, and a travel path of each designated position is acquired, thereby recognizing each of the paths of the designated positions of the plurality of designated positions that move concurrently. Then, a user's designation represented by a combination of the paths of the designated positions of the plurality of locations is interpreted, and the operation thus designated is executed. |
