PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output device which uses a power on signal for a power supply switch as muting as well, attempts to reduce a cost and streamline a production step, and further suppresses a pop sound.SOLUTION: A sub-microcomputer 20 starts an output of a power supply control signal. Thus, a P-ON signal which is a rise of the power supply control signal is inputted into a delay circuit 22 and a CR time constant circuit 31 of a mute circuit 21. The delay circuit 22 delays the P-ON signal outputted from the sub-microcomputer 20 by a delay time tto generate a P-ON delay signal. The mute circuit 21 uses the P-ON signal outputted from the sub-microcomputer 20 during P-ON signal delay in the delay circuit 22 to start a mute with respect to an electric signal to be outputted to a TV 300. After the mute starts, the P-ON delay signal is inputted from the delay circuit 22 into a power supply circuit 7, and the power supply circuit 7 starts power supply to each part of a device main frame. |
