PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate effectively heat of a plasma display to the outside of a case without reducing an effective screen ratio.SOLUTION: A circuit substrate has a heating element and a heat radiating plate. The heat radiating plate includes: a first partial plate 61 extended to one direction and attaching the heat radiating element to one side of surface; a second partial plate 62 extended to the same direction and provided on the other side surface of the first partial plate 61 so as to cross the first partial plate 61; a third partial plate 63 extended to the same direction, and provided on the other side surface of the first partial plate 61 so as to form a bottom plane of the first ventilation path 67 by the first partial plate 61 and to form the side plane of a first ventilation path 67 with the second partial plate 62; and a forth partial plate 64 extended to the same direction and provided in the second partial plate 62 so as to form a bottom plane of the second ventilation path 68 by the second partial plate 62 and the side plane of a second ventilation path 68 with the first partial plate 61. A heating element 70 is attached to a heat radiating plate 60 by a screw 71 penetrating through the second ventilation path 68. |
