PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color printer with a high printing speed at low cost.SOLUTION: Printing units 32C, 32M, 32Y and 32K for respective colors performing respective color printings CMYK are arranged in parallel, and they can individually acquire the printing data 68C-68K for respective colors from a host computer 5. As respective color printing data can be formed by the host computer 5, and can be received without overhead, and in addition, the color printings can be executed in parallel, the printer 31 and a printing system 30 which can output a color image at a high speed by a simple constitution can be provided. |
