PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly repulsive three-dimensional network structure mat at a low price, which is manufactured by lowering bulk density of the conventional three-dimensional structure body, which is improved in compression and recovery properties, and whose weight is reduced, to which heat generation property, flame retardancy, antibacterial property and antitick property are imparted, and which does not cause a bedsore during sleeping and enables washing and disinfection in boiling water.SOLUTION: While melting a thermoplastic resin in which ceramic particles having infrared radiation property and glass fiber are mixed and extruding the melted resin as a plurality of wires by an extruder, the contact parts of random loops formed by the continuous wires are melted together, and surface layers of the both surface are made flat to form the three-dimensional network structure body having the heat generation property and flame retardancy. The antibacterial property and antitick prevention property are imparted by a chemical treatment device. Thus the three-dimensional network structure mat capable of blood flow promotion of a sleeping person by radiation of infrared ray and recovery from skin disease such as a bedsore by dispersion of body pressure by high repulsion. Washing and sterilization and disinfection can be easily carried out to make the three-dimensional network structure mat hygienic, light and easily handleable. The mat can be recovered and recycled upon discarding. |
