METHOD FOR MEASURING AN OUTLINE OF A STRATUM OF A REACTANT AND A PATH OF CHARGING THE REACTANT IN A BLAST FURNACE

A method for measuring an outline of reactant layers in a blast furnace is provide to find whether or not distribution of cokes and iron ore is carried out according to a working process by allowing a worker to combine outline of upper reactant layers and a charged reactant path. A method for measuring an outline of reactant layers in a blast furnace comprises the steps of: providing a three dimensional laser scanner(100); providing a computer having a point group analysis program for measuring an outline of upper reactant layers from PGD(Point Data Group) and connecting the three dimensional laser scanner to the computer(101); obtaining the PGD and transmitting the PGD outputted by the three dimensional laser scanner to the computer(102); and calculating the outline of the upper reactant layers from the PGD operated by the point group analysis program in the computer(104).
