PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator that prevent a change in oscillation frequency.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator includes: an element mounting member provided with a first recessed space on one main surface and second and third recessed spaces on the other main surface; a piezoelectric vibration element mounted on a piezoelectric vibration element mounting pad provided inside the first recessed space; an integrated circuit element which is mounted on an electrode pad for integrated circuit element connection of an integrated circuit element mounting pad and the electrode pad for the integrated circuit element connection provided inside the second recessed space, and which is electrically connected with the integrated circuit element mounting pad by wire bonding; an electronic component element mounted on an electronic component element mounting pad provided inside the third recessed space; and a lid member for air-tightly sealing the piezoelectric vibration element. |
