PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a control part and a cord reel and to protect the control part from dust included in the exhaust of an electric blower.SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner has a lower case wherein a dust chamber for storing dust is formed on the front side and at least the control part, the cord reel and an electric blower chamber for loading the electric blower are formed on the back side, and an upper case covering the upper part of the lower case. The electric blower includes at least a fan part, a motor part and a motor cover covering the motor part. A suction port for sucking air is opened at the fan part, a first exhaust port and a second exhaust port for exhausting the sucked air are opened at the motor cover, and the body of the vacuum cleaner is configured such that the exhaust discharged from the first exhaust port cools the control part and the exhaust discharged from the second exhaust port cools the cord reel. |
