PURPOSE: A hat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can maintain shape stability of a hat even though a hat is kept or displayed in a box for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A hat comprises: a head receiving part(101) which covers the head; a visor part(103) which is projected from a part or the whole of the bottom of the head receiving part and blocks the sunlight; and a sweat receiver(105) formed along the lower part of the head receiving part. A front panel reinforcing member is equipped inside a front panel of the head receiving part. The front panel reinforcing member is combined with the front panel inner surface of the head receiving part by the medium of adhesive. |
