PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method and a detection reagent of Vpr protein, and a diagnosis method and a diagnosis reagent of infection of HIV.SOLUTION: The Vpr protein can be detected easily by a method including a process for adding into a cell, a compound acquired by bonding a fluorescent pigment to a compound shown by formula (I), and a process for detecting fluorescence. Hereby, fluorescent imaging for analyzing an infection process of HIV in vitro or in vivo, visually and dynamically (with lapse of time) becomes possible. Further, this invention can be applied to diagnosis of HIV infection, screening and evaluation of development of a medicine, or the like. |
