PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which prevents equipment from being wrongly operated by a user.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: an input means which accepts a user's operation; a storage means storing failure information in which operation error which comprises a series of operations is associated with failure action description showing actions executed on the basis of the operation errors; a comparison means which, when the input means receives a user's operation, compares the received user's operation with the operation error stored in the storage means to specify an operation error relating to the received user's operation and extracts failure action description associated with the specified operation error, from the storage means; and a presenting means which presents a warning message which is based on the failure action description extracted by the comparison means, to the user before the received user's operation and one or more user's operations to be received by the input means after the received user's operation constitute a series of operations included in the specified operation error. |
