PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic component from being missed or carried back.SOLUTION: The device for mounting an electronic component includes: a pressure detection means 125 to detect internal pressure of a suction nozzle 105; a means 30 for acquiring and controlling the time required for suction, wherein the means 30 performs a suction operation of a suction nozzle by a negative pressure supply means 122 in a component supply part 102 to each electronic component in non-execution of mounting operation control, and measures and records the time required for suction until the detected pressure is set at target suction pressure by the pressure detection means. An operation control means continues suction of each electronic component by the negative pressure supply means according to the time required for suction, acquired by the means 30, in mounting the electronic component, and thereafter lifts the suction nozzle. |
