PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery support system, capable of attaining rapid recovery work by labor-saving or automating field survey and preparation operation of a plan document required for recovery construction at a disaster.SOLUTION: The disaster recovery support system uses a GIS (geographical information system) including a storage device which stores drawing data and three-dimensional measurement image data for original form facilities before occurrence of the disaster in a target area, three-dimensional measurement image data after occurrence of the disaster in the target area, and quantity-unit price data linked with a structure in the drawing data of the original form facilities. The drawing data includes a plan view with symbol in which structures are shown by performance management models obtained by classifying performances to several types of models for each process. An estimation affected sediment amount necessary for restoration to original form is calculated from difference information for the three-dimensional measurement data before and after the disaster to form an after-disaster integrated control diagram, and plan document data is formed with respect to a facility designaged by a user in the after-diaster integrated control diagram. |
