PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the stagnation of drainage caused near a drain outlet of water tap equipment.SOLUTION: Air in a drain injection pipe 18 flows into an air chamber 28 so that a pouch member 34 inflates, and the air in the drain injection pipe 18 can escape into the air chamber 28. Accordingly, the drainage from the water tap equipment 16 flows through the drain injection pipe 18 at a velocity of a nearly free fall, thus the drainage can smoothly flow down in the drain injection pipe 18, and the stagnation of the drainage near the drain outlet 16A of the water tap equipment 16 can be suppressed. |
