PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition for a soft capsule, containing an oily component in high proportion without using a large amount of an emulsifier.SOLUTION: The emulsion composition for the soft capsule contains the oily component (A), a polyhydric alcohol (B) and the emulsifier (C). The polyhydric alcohol (B) contains a polyhydric alcohol (B-1) liquid in an anhydrous state and a polyhydric alcohol (B-2) in a solid state, and the ratio of the components (B-1) to (B-2) is from 1:3 to 1:6. |
