PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread maker with a steaming function for making bread such as white bread or steamed bread having inside and crusts soft to eat.SOLUTION: The bread maker with a steaming function, when a steam cooking course is selected in a selection part, controls a steam generation part to rise the temperature of a container for storing materials to be steam-cooked up to 105-140°C by heat of steam from the steam generation part and thereafter to perform a temperature keeping process to keep the rised temperature in response to the selected steam cooking course. |
