PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device for enabling stable winding on a bobbin by achieving good step passing property in post-processing and a small variation in the tow width, a winder including the same, a method of manufacturing a continuous fiber bunch using the same, and the carbon fiber bunch to be produced using the same.SOLUTION: The guide device includes a set of first and second guides arranged on a travelling passage for the continuous fiber bunch for twisting and guiding the continuous fiber bunch, and having axes positioned in a space in a mutually twisted relationship, and a parallel guide arranged on the set of guides at the wake stream side of the travelling passage for re-twisting the twisted continuous fiber bunch and introducing and guiding it to the bobbin, the first and the second guides being conical guides, the parallel guide being partly curved into a recessed shape. The guide device is used for winding the continuous fiber bunch on the bobbin. |
