PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing highly electricity-conducting charcoal that can bake highly electricity-conducting charcoal with good thermal efficiency and without generating flue gas and malodors, and a method for producing charcoal using the apparatus.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing highly electricity-conducting charcoal equipped with a batch-type muffle furnace includes: a high-speed jet type heating chamber burner 4 for heating a carbonization chamber, provided at the outer upper part of the carbonization chamber 5 in a heating furnace body 2; an exhaust system 9 so as to exhaust air from the lower part of the heating furnace body; and a combustion chamber 6 provided outside of the heating furnace body. Air is blown into dry distillation gas collected from the carbonization chamber, and the mixed gas is belched by a wind box 8 and burned with a dry distillation gas-combustion chamber burner 7. The combustion heat is refluxed in the heating furnace body. |
