PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve spatial resolution, without causing increase in the number of magnetic sensors.SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection device includes a magnetic field generating section, with a plurality of excitation coils located so as to form a plurality of a plurality of regions, for sequentially selecting one among the plurality of excitation coils and generating an alternative magnetic field to induce an eddy current in an object to be inspected; a magnetic sensor for outputting measurement magnetic filed data in response to the magnetic field generated by the eddy current; and a data processing section for determining the magnetic field generated by the eddy current for each of the plurality of regions, based on the measurement magnetic field data. |
