In a conventional puncture device, proficiency is required for aligning a drug solution outlet provided in a blade edge of a puncture needle with dermis, and it has been difficult for beginners to align the blade edge (drug solution outlet) with dermis. A puncture device includes a first base plate 4; a second base plate 5; a base plate connection part 12 having flexibility and connecting the first base plate 4 and the second base plate 5 in a horizontal direction; an adhesive means provided to surfaces in a same direction of the first base plate and the second base plate; and a puncture needle moving means 10 provided in the first base plate and movably supporting a puncture needle 22. The puncture needle 22 is supported away from a surface of the adhesive means a given distance and movable substantially in parallel to the surface of the adhesive means, and when skin to which the sticking means had adhered has been picked up by being pinched by the first base plate 4 and the second base plate 5, the puncture needle 22 is moved by the puncture needle moving means 10 to puncture the picked up skin.
