The drift float is designed in a shape of a bellied dragonfly and flows in direction of flow pressure in the flowing water and remains at a desired location. The drift float is assembled on a fishing line by coils that are opened over a special mounting bracket that is formed from steel. The position of the drift float is controlled in the flowing water by the special mounting bracket. The drift float is used in a deep water area by changing a side arm adopter and a keel rod.
