<p>The present invention relates to a docking station for a mobile device provided with applications, such as a smartphone or a palmtop, where said mobile device has its own operating system for the management and control of the hardware and software components enabling said applications to run. The docking station comprises a frame (10) in which at least a mother board with microprocessor unit, data display and input devices with relative drivers, and data memorisation devices are housed. In the frame (10) there is at least one housing (16) able to receive the mobile device, in said housing (16) electrical connection devices being provided between the mother board and the mobile device. The microprocessor unit of the docking station is programmed to run the applications of the mobile device on the docking station using the operating system of the mobile device.</p> |
