PURPOSE: A cosmetic product containing kelp and seaweed extract and herbal extract is provided to ensure high content of amino acid, vitamin and mineral salt and to prevent obesity, hypertension, stroke and constipation. CONSTITUTION: A herbal cosmetic product for scalp care contains kelp and seaweed extract. The kelp and seaweed extract is obtained by dissolving kelp and seaweed at 80 celsius degree, adding cooling water and lowering temperature by 25-30 celsius degree. The cosmetic product is manufactured in the form of shampoo or pack. The cosmetic product additionally contains herbal extract of Polygonatum multiflorum, Platycladus orientais, Cnidium officinale root, Angelica gigas root, Saivla miltiorrhiza, Lycium chinznse fruit, Camellia sinensisleaf and Glycyrrhiza inflata root.
