摘要 PURPOSE: An extraction method of sparassis crispa mycelium liquid, a functional beverage containing the mycelium liquid, and a producing method thereof are provided to activate the immune cell function for securing the anti-cancer and anti-allergy property. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of sparassis crispa mycelium liquid comprises the following steps: cultivating a sparassis crispa mycelium for 30~40days; collecting the cultivated sparassis crispa mycelium, and removing impurities; drying the sparassis crispa mycelium with a drier; mixing 1~10parts of sparassis crispa mycelium by weight with purified water; heating the purified water by 100deg C, and decreasing the temperature at 50~60deg C for obtaining the sparassis crispa mycelium liquid; and filtering the liquid.
