PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-retaining structure that will not be affected by vibration, without increasing manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: In the coil-retaining structure 1 retains a coil 10 for generating magnetic flux by allowing current to flow inside a housing 20, inside the housing 20, a yoke 30 is integrally formed, where the yoke 30 can store the coil 10 inside is made of metal, and is formed substantially into a bottomed tubular shape. The coil 10 is stored in the yoke 30. In the yoke 30, there is a lid member 37 for blocking the open edge 35 and the lid member 37 is pressed into the open edge 35; and as a result, the coil 10 is pressed by the yoke 30 and the lid member 37 for fixing, and is stored inside the yoke 30 and the lid member 37.
