PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when keys are locked and unlocked by special key operation, there may be misoperation or a decrease in operability and the user possibly forgets to lock the keys and the problem that when termination is inhibited by turning off the electric power, it is troublesome to perform the operation in the same time zone every day in cars at commuting time and the user possibly forget to make the setting and cancel it as well as the key locking manner. SOLUTION: The time when the keys are locked after a flip is closed and a time zone wherein the keys are locked are set by using a timer and a timepiece function to prevent misoperation.
