PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable earphone/microphone preventing tangling, disconnection or the like of cords. SOLUTION: In an ear-hook earphone/microphone for a cellular phone which is provided with a cord winding mechanism: the winding mechanism is provided with a winding reel 19 arranged in first inner spaces 2c, 3b of a housing and winding up a first cord 29 connected to a cellular phone connection plug 11; a speaker is arranged in a second inner space 2b formed in the first inner spaces 2c, 3b through a diaphragm 2a; a wiring board 21 is arranged in a third inner space 3c formed in the first inner spaces 2c, 3b through a diaphragm 3a on the opposite side of the second inner space 2b; and a first cord 24 and second cords 25, 26 connected to the speaker 17 are connected to the wiring board 21 respectively via a through hole 2d1 formed on a support shaft 2d erected on the diaphragm 2a and a through hole 3a1 formed on the diaphragm 3a.
