PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating active inductor in which the number of operational amplifiers is reduced as compared with the known one, which has simplified circuit constitution, and whose internal circuit constitution is made simpler. SOLUTION: The floating active inductor includes: a primary passive all-pass phase advancing circuit 3 of a four-element bridge circuit type connected between first and second input terminals 1 and 2; a voltage follower which performs unit gain amplification of the output phase-advanced signal of the passive all-pass phase advancing circuit 3; a phase inverting circuit 5 which inverts and amplifies the output phase-advanced signal of the voltage follower 4; a first resistance 6 with a low resistance value connected between the output of the voltage follower 4 and the first input terminal 1; and a second resistance 7 with a low resistance value connected between the output of the phase inverting circuit 5 and the second input terminal 2. In the bridge circuit, two elements are two resistances 3(1) and 3(2) with equal high resistance values connected in series between the first and second input terminals 1 and 2 and other two elements are a capacitor 3(3) and a resistance 3(4) connected in series between the first and second input terminals 1 and 2, where the phase advanced signal is obtained from the connection point between the capacitor 3(3) and resistance 3(4).
